Having seen this on Broadway in New York this summer, I can’t recommend Fela! enough. Highly entertaining and a befitting show for an absolute cultural legend.  Tickets via The National Theatre

EXHIBITION

Hendrix in Britain Exhibition:: Until 7th Nov

Taking place @ The Handel House Museum, this exhibition marks the 40th anniversary of the god-like guitarist and singer songwriter Jimi Hendrix. The focus is on the last four yeas of his life, which Hendrix spent as a London resident. Looking forward to checking this out soon.

Poetry International 2010:: 30th October – 7th November.

Celebrated poets from around the globe respond to the theme of imagining peace and bring us their perspectives on a changing world, with Palestine and the Middle East as a central focus.  Nine days of readings, performance and ideas, as poets from 29 countries take to the stage.
