These chicks don’t even know the name of my band…

The Remedies

The Remedies are the musicians behind the collective Music is Remedy, organisers of the highly successful Remedy and Soul Lab events in Camden and Croydon. Playing at these nights propelled the Remedies  to cover an array of genres, working with a range of artists including : Session & The Bear, Cherri V, G Frsh, Sarina Leah, Inua Ellams and Tinashe to name just a few!

Outside of the events, they back several up-and-coming performers, working as a session band for artists such as XO Man, Ed Sheeran and G.R.E.E.D.S. Gigging all over London and beyond, they’ve blessed some of the capitals most revered stages including Ronnie Scott’s, The Spitz, Sound, Jazz Cafe and The Ivy. The Remedies also write, record and produce with artists, and their first album with Funk Soul diva Kaana Ellie drops this summer.

With the core of the group having now played together for 5 years, there’s an apparent sibling like bond with this band. The Remedies’ brilliance is matched by their humbleness, openness to learn and love for what they do… bless the stage and play great music with people they respect and love. Get to know London’s best kept secret…
